8.What if passengers cannot arrive at the pickup location on time?

Passengers should immediately notify both the driver and the charter company. A waiting fee will be charged for excessive delays. If the delay is significant, adjustments to the itinerary and additional charges may need to be negotiated.

Waiting Fees:

• 1.Cross-border vehicles generally enjoy a 30-minute free waiting period. Exceeding this duration (e.g., over 30 minutes but less than 1 hour counts as 1 hour) may incur an additional charge of RMB 250 per hour.
• 2.For airport pickups:
  • Hong Kong Airport: 90-minute free waiting time starting from the actual landing time.
  • Mainland China Airports: 60-minute free waiting time from landing.
• 3.Night Service Surcharge:
  • 23:00–01:00: RMB 100 surcharge.
  • 01:00–06:00: RMB 200 surcharge.
  • 06:00–07:00: RMB 100 surcharge.

Fees are calculated based on the vehicle departure time.
